- 1 sliced Tuna Fish
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp garlic minced
- 1 small Onion sliced
- 2 tbsp Sambal Ikan Bilis
- Heat a cooking oil in a non-stick pan, pan fry the sliced tuna season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
- In a small saucepan, transfer 1 tbsp of oil and saute the garlic and onions. Add the sambal ikan bilis. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Arrange the fried tuna in a serving plate and pour in the sauteed sambal on top of the fish. There you have it. Enjoy and share!
