Pomegranate Prosecco

Ingredients:

  • 8 sugar cubes
  • 1 cup pomegranate liqueur
  • 2 (750-milliliter) bottles Prosecco
  • Garnish: pomegranate seeds

Procedure:

  1. Put 1 sugar cube in each of 8 Champagne flutes; add 2 tablespoons pomegranate liqueur to each glass.
  2. Fill glasses with Prosecco (about 3/4 cup each). Garnish, if desired.
