- 1 kg pork liempo (pork Belly)
- 1 whole garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp peppercorn
- 2 tbsp salt
- water, for boiling
- Put pork belly in a pan.
- Add water, garlic, peppercorn, salt
- Bring to boil until skin is tender.
- Drain, cool and air dry.
- Deep fry the belly until golden brown.
