- 1 Cup raw rice
- 3 Cups water
- 2 Cups lechon, cubed and fried
- 1 1-inch Knob ginger, sliced
- 2 Tsp. fish sauce
- Calamansi and scallions, for serving
- Combine the rice, water, ginger, and fish sauce. Cook the mixture until it thickens and the rice is completely cooked.
- Top the porridge with fried lechon.
- Serve with calamansi, scallions, and additional fish sauce.
