Kinilaw na Tenga ng Baboy (Boiled Pig's Ears in Vinaigrette)

INGREDIENTS:

  • Pig’s Ears – 4 pcs.
  • Pork Cheeks – 1 pc.
  • Onion, chopped – 1 medium
  • Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Calamansi Juices from 5 pcs of fruits
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Red hot chili, chopped


INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil pig’s ear for 5 minutes in a pressure cooker. Drain and chill at least 5 hours
  2. Slice pork thinly (¼ inches by ¼ inches)
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and adjust sale and pepper to your liking.
