Ginataang Kalabasa With Sitaw Recipe

INGREDIENTS:

  • 350g Shrimp
  • 300g Squash
  • 8 strands String Beans
  • 200ml Coconut Milk
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp of Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Heat a pan and add a cooking oil.
  2. Saute the garlic and onion.
  3. Add the shrimp and cook until the color turns into orange.
  4. Put the string beans, and squash.
  5. Add the salt and stir to spread evenly.
  6. Pour the coconut milk.
  7. Add some water and mix well.
  8. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are half cooked.
  9. Serve.
