- 400 grams clams
- 3/4 cup all-purpose cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese or to taste
- 300 grams cooked risoni
- 2 to 3 tablespoons chopped parsley
- Blanch clams in salted water; set aside. Discard clams that remain closed.
- In a pan, heat together cream and Parmesan cheese.
- Add clams and risoni. Cook and season to taste.
- Turn off heat and toss in chopped parsley.
