Chicken Chop Suey

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 3 tablespoon cooking oil
  • 2 cubes vegetable bouillon
  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon Horseradish
  • 1/2 cup Sliced celery
  • 1 Green pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1/4 cup Sliced scallions
  • 1/2 cup chinese pea pods
  • 1 can of Water chestnuts
  • 1 cup bean sprouts

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Pan fry chicken in oil. Heat till chicken is brown then remove from heat and set aside.
  2. In another pan, crush bouillon cubes and dissolve in pineapple juice. Add soy sauce, ginger, horseradish, celery and green pepper; heat through.
  3. Combine all ingredients together and heat for 5-10 minutes while stirring constantly.
