Servings: 5 cups
- 1 1/2 cups sliced banana
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 cup bottled sweet-and-sour cocktail mix
- 1/4 cup thawed orange juice concentrate
- 30 ice cubes
- Orange slices (optional)
- Place first 4 ingredients in blender, and process until smooth. With blender on, add ice cubes, 1 at a time, and process until smooth.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with an orange slice, if desired.
