Baked Tahong



INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 kilo tahong
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 cup cheese, grated

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Boil the tahong until the shells open. Cut in half.
  2. Preheat oven 350 degrees F.
  3. Mix butter and garlic.
  4. Cover the tray with foil and arrange tahong.
  5. Add the butter and garlic mixture on each tahong and top with grated cheese.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Serve.
